Talk format
All presentations should be done from one of the conference computers.
For compatibility reasons we strongly encourage speakers to have their presentations in PDF format. If however this is not possible, due to the nature of the presentation itself, please make sure it is compatible with either Keynote 09 or Powerpoint 2008.
Poster format
For those participants presenting poster contributions: the maximum poster size is up to A0 (841 × 1189 mm) in portrait orientation.
Please note that we have previously indicated that the maximum format was A1. This situation has been "upgraded" and A0 is now the maximum size.
We further note that we cannot guarantee poster slots for last-minute registrations, i.e. participants that did not complete their registration by the 10th of September. The few available slots will be attributed on first-come, first-served basis.

Power plugs in Portugal
We use "SHUKO" power plugs. In practice these are the "same" as in Spain and Germany but are different from the French, US, UK and Italian ones. You need to bring your own adapter/converter.
