Check the list of participants, the scientific programme and the list of poster contributions. We would be grateful if you could inform us of any information that you find to be incorrect or missing, concerning your contributions, so that the latter can be added/corrected adequately.

2.1. Talks

The scientific programme is organized in reviews of 30 minutes, short reviews of 20 minutes and oral contributions of 15 minutes. The time that should be reserved for discussion is 5 minutes for 30 minutes review talks and 3 minutes for short review talks and oral contributions.

We kindly request all speakers to respect the time allocated for their talks and to not use the time reserved for discussion.

The auditorium will have one overhead projector and one computer-screen projector. Please note that we will not have a computer connected to the projector, so you will need to bring your laptop in order to use the computer-screen projector.

Speakers using the computer-screen projector are kindly asked to contact someone from the LOC before the beginning of the section for a compatibility check.

2.2. Posters

The space available for each poster is 1m x 1m. Please note that there will be no separation between the place where most posters will be displaced and the conference room. Therefore, poster viewing will not be possible during the scientific sessions.

2.3. Proceedings

The Proceedings will be published by Kluwer as a hardbound book with a CD. Posters will appear only in the CD, while all talks will also be published as a number of the ApSS journal. All contributions will be paginated sequentially and listed in the table of contents.

The best way to get from the airport to your hotel is to catch the 'Aerobus'. This bus departures from the airport every 1/2 hour between 07:45 and 19:15.

In principle the driver will drive you to your hotel, if you ask him to. If that is not possible at all, the best way is to get out at 'Praça Mouzinho de Albuquerque', commonly known as 'Rotunda da Boavista'. All three hotels are at walking distance from there (please check the map for the conference). The price of the ticket is 2,50 euros for all airlines except for TAP. For TAP passengers the bus is free (you need to show your TAP boarding card).

For passengers arriving after the departure of the last bus, the best way to get to the hotel is by taxi.

Although sometimes unpredictable, the weather is usually nice and warm in Porto at that time of the year - mean temperature of 25 degrees. However, it can get foggy in the mornings. It is possible that you will get some rain...

In any case you will be able to go down to the beach to enjoy the Sun and the sea!
