A project of a micro-satellite, Space Variable Objects Monitor, is proposed. On board there are 3 instruments, including an X-ray telescope with FOV of 40 degree, a photometric telescope with a diameter of 30 cm, and a monitor telescope with a diameter of 5 cm and FOV of 20 degree. The optical axes of them are parallel. We can monitor variable objects in X-ray, UV and optical bands simultaneously. The scientific goals include study of asteroseismology, planetary and protoplanetary discs, as well as variabilities of X-ray objects such as AGN, X-ray binaries and so on.
