The proceedings of the conference (reviews, oral contributions and posters) will be published by Kluwer (Astrophysics and Space Science Series) as a Hardbound Book of Proceedings with a CD Rom. Reviews and oral contributions will be printed on paper while the posters appear exclusively in the CD - but all contributions will be paginated sequentially and listed in the table of contents of the book.

The review talks and oral contributions will also be published as an issue of the Astrophysics and Space Science Journal.

In order to typeset your contributions please use the ASS macros, available in zip (ass.zip) or tgz (ass.tgz) format.

In order to use the "ass.zip" files please enter "unzip ass.zip". For the file "ass.tgz", please enter "gzip -d ass.tgz". It produces a file "ass.tar". You should then enter "tar xvf ass.tar".

Please use the file sampkluw.tex to write your contributions.

Create a folder with the name of the first author (name). Place all your files inside and rename them like name.tex, name_fig1.eps, name_fig2.eps, etc.
Upload this folder to ftp://ftp.astro.up.pt/pub/porto-ac/incoming and send an email to porto-ac@astro.up.pt indicating that you have done so.
