The school will take place in the auditorium of the University of Azores in the Angra do Heroísmo campus. Angra do Heroímo is the main town on the island of Terceira dating back to 1450 and is a Unesco World Heritage Site due to its architecture and historical significance. Terceira is a small volcanic island of the Azores archipelago with approximately 60 000 inhabitants.

All school participants have been booked at Terceira Mar Hotel. Most students will be sharing rooms (which, except for a few specific requests, have been assigned according to the students' arrival/departure dates/times). Those concerned have been sent the information on room sharing arrangements.

We will arrange for your transfers from the airport to the hotel (and vice-versa too, except if you're staying on the island beyond the end of the school). In most cases a minibus or a 9-seat van will pick you up, and someone from the LOC will be at the terminal with an Azores14 poster in case you don't know us. A few people with non-canonical arrangements have received the relevant details.

As previously announced, we will be able to cover the accommodation of some students. Some of them have been informed already, some more will be contacted in the coming days as the budget is finalized and additional funds become free.

All student talks must be given using the room's computer, and you should provide us with a pdf of your talk by 12 noon of the day of your talk. To facilitate the recording, usage of the room's computer is also strongly encouraged for the lecturers (a possible exception being if you have videos to show).
