The conference will take place at the Hotel Baia delle Zagare.

The accommodation is full board, and the rooms must be booked directly by the conference participants prior to the 1st of May 2011.

If possible, please take a moment to register in the conference before you book the hotel, so that your name is added to the participant list that the hotel receives from us. Otherwise, please make sure you state explicitly that you are participating in the conference, when booking the hotel.

Room rates (including meals)
Adults:
€100 /night in shared room
€130 /night in individual room

Children (sharing with parents):
under 6 years old: €60/night
over 6 years old: €80/night

Social programme fee
A fee of €100 euros, payed directly to the hotel, will be charged to participants for the social program. The fee covers the reception, conference dinner and coffee breaks. Accompanying persons will pay a fee of €35 for the conference dinner and reception, unless they wish to attend the coffee breaks, in which case the payment of the total fee of €100 euros will be required.
