The main goal of this meeting is to put all team members together discussing a strategic plan for the EXOearths team. To help in this process we will make a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities of the team. We will also dedicate some time to cooperative outdoor activities that will improve the group dynamics and the interaction between its members.
