Abstract
There has been much reccent interest in the possible spacetime variation of nature's fundamental couplings. We will describe how, in addition to the intrinsic importance of these tests, they can also be used to place constraints of unification scenarios. We will discuss results from atomic clock experiments (which are consistent with the simplest unification scenarios) and also results from QSO measurements which are somewhat more intriguing.
