The proceedings will be published as a book in the "Astrophysics and
Space Science Library Series" under the joint collaboration of Kluwer
Academic Publishers and Springer Publishers. Please follow the
instructions below to prepare and submit your contribution.
Deadlines
The deadline for all proceedings contribution (invited articles and poster contributions) is Feb 1st, 2005
What should be the length of the article? (Oral Presentations)
The nature of the "Library Series" requires that the articles are
written more like a class room lecture rather than a research
article. So please take the liberty of adding extra explanations where
necessary while writing your contribution.
The length of individual articles should be more than 6 pages (note
that these are smaller than regular journal pages). The upper limit on
the length of the articles are 10 pages for speakers who delivered
30 minute duration talks and 14 pages for those speakers who delivered
45 minute duration talks.
What about the poster contributions?
If you had contributed a poster and if the poster material is not
expected to appear in a refereed journal publication as of May 2005,
please submit a contribution with length of pages less than 6 pages
and these contributions will go as a CD ROM insert of the proceedings
book. Follow the instructions below for style files and submission.
Which Style Files to use?
Please download a suitable style file for your system from the link
below under the section AUTHORS.

Figures and Reprint Permission Tips.
Please make sure that for all figures the best possible originals are
included (highest resolution, more than 300 dpi, preferably 600
dpi). Please try to paste figures into the manuscript. That is the
best guarantee that figures will be published in the right size and
right orientation. Otherwise, with open space, at least make sure that
these materials are properly marked and sized to indicate their
location in the manuscript. For images we ask that you send us glossy
photographs. For electronic figure files we prefer tiff or eps
formats.
When figures are used which have been published elsewhere (or
e.g. painting reproductions), permission for reprinting from the
publishing houses must be obtained. You can use the Request Form
provided by Springer for asking reprint permissions. However, we prefer
original artwork to avoid copy right problems.
