The proceedings will be publish in electronic support only. A CD will be produced, including the  presentations, programme, list of participants, and one proceeding paper (of ~50 pages). For the proceeding paper we will  request the speakers to provide a 2-page summary of their talk, in latex form, along with one or two relevant figures. The final compilation will be submitted to astroph.

The CD will be distributed among the participants and its content will be made available for download at the HELAS and workshop sites.
